200 hours Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training
This course is suited for practitioners with a minimum 2 years of practice and good knowledge about the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or Hatha Vinyasa. This training will add immensely to your knowledge as we cover not only the philosophy and flow of this practice but equal attention is given to correct alignment. 100-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Trainings
This course is suited for practitioners with 6 months to 1 year of practice and some knowledge about the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or Hatha Vinyasa. This training can also be taken by beginners to Ashtanga Yoga. We teach the practice right from the start. We have also developed practice techniques to help students practice the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa.
