Are you in a gap of transition caused by a change in career, separation, change in yourself, divorce, or emigration?
Maybe you experience a deep call from your soul to find a new purpose and a form of your life or work? Or your life has been dramatically changed by the global pandemic?
It is time for a retreat. This retreat will restore your energy, deepen your presence, nurture your inner compass, and enlarge your inner freedom through emotion-focused work and yoga practice. Increasing the mindfulness of emotions allows us to make meaningful steps in a time of transition. Our emotions are the inner compass to navigate on the ocean of changes. About Dr. Agnieszka Konopka

WhatsApp Image 2020-09-13 at 17.59_edite

Dr. Agnieszka Konopka (Agni) left school at the age of 15 to follow her own interests, as she found the educational system restricting. Already at that time, she was fascinated by the teachings of Krishnamurti on Freedom from Knowledge. Her early interest in meditation and spirituality developed and deepened through her life and work. She became an internationally recognized psychologist, with a Ph.D. in the psychology of emotions, Cambridge University Press author, and Routledge featured author. She developed the Emotional Coaching model (published by Cambridge University Press) and the Composition Work method.
She gave many training courses and educational programs focused on Composition Work, Emotional Coaching, and Transition, internationally (China, The Netherlands, Belgium, USA, Mexico, UK, Brazil, Poland, Japan, Spain). She has been a co-founder of the International Institute for Dialogical Self and served as an Associate Director for the Portland Institute of Loss and Transition. She has been working for about 20 years as a therapist and coach. She is also a Yoga Alliance registered teacher.
Although she has a profound knowledge she is at her best when she works and lives from "not knowing" mind that is in her view, the gate to presence and healing.
She aims to promote inner emotional freedom through her own life and work, and she believes that our still witnessing presence and the movement of emotions are great transformative forces. To use their synergy she brings together the psychology of emotions with meditation/yoga tradition.

' I wish to inspire and encourage people to live emotionally free. Especially in times of change and transition such freedom can be blocked by fear. But fear may become the door to freedom. When we can be free with fear, we are not dependent on the absence of fear.
Being peacefully present with our own fears we become fearless. Like Shiva wearing a necklace of snakes.'

Sanjeev comes from a lineage of teachers, yogis, and maharishis, A descendant of Bhardwaj maharishi. He is an engineer who took to yoga and fell in love with the practice. After learning Yoga from many world-famous teachers, he has been sharing this knowledge of yoga with his students for the last 16 years. Having learned different forms of yoga from great masters, he has developed his own style of yoga which includes the best of Iyengar, Ashtanga, kundalini, and Hatha Yoga styles. His focus in teaching is to encourage and empower students to discover self through the practices of Yoga. He is also well versed in the philosophical side of yoga practice. He is often called for talk shows in institutions and on TV.

He believes that a student must spend time with the teacher to properly understand the concepts and practicality of this ancient practice. He also believes that a yoga teacher must have an overall knowledge of the subject. A yoga teacher must be a complete teacher. He aims to facilitate the awakening of the inner teacher, the inner inherent intelligence in the students so that they can become a light in themselves and an example of the transformation of the self.
