We teach poses that are considered advanced asanas. Even though we believe the term advanced asana is a misconception. The asanas can not be labeled advanced or easy. It is the practitioner who is a beginner or an adept. Every asana can be practiced in an advanced way or in a beginner`s way. We encourage students to explore deeper levels of asana practice safely. Yoga is a practice of self-knowledge, and self-knowledge has to start with knowing one's body first before exploring deeper and subtler dimensions of our personality.

Beginners Yoga Practice:

Everyone starts his or her yoga journey as a beginner. It is important to cultivate the right practices from the start to advance quickly and safely in yoga practice. We teach correct methods of asana and pranayama practices to the students so that they can evolve safely in their practice. Yoga practices performed incorrectly can be harmful.
